Thanks for sharing the transcript of the panel. It was informative!

There is one point I feel like was missed. While I have no doubt the tools for content creation will get cheaper and easier to use, there are only a small number of people talented enough to make high quality long form content. The number of people who can make good TikTok videos is larger than good YouTube. The same goes for YouTube to long form.

The most relevant analogy would be written content. Distribution is essentially free, but we are still buying plenty of books on Amazon and local bookstores. There are plenty of people writing posts on X. The number drops when you shift to something like Medium. It is then a big jump to a book in terms of the number of writers who can create anything worth reading.

So while I have no doubt the amount of good video content will increase, I believe we are constrained by the number of people who have the talent.
